1. 5+ years of demonstrated experience developing computer vision algorithms for target detection, tracking, and classification using camera and LiDAR data
2. Experience with multi-sensor fusion algorithms to improve detection accuracy and reduce ambiguity in real-world scenarios
3. Ability to collaborate effiectively with cross-functional teams, including testing and hardware
4. Excellent understanding of Python and C++
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
